No audio on incoming calls

Hi I have an issue that when people ring me I can answer but there's no sound, however I I hang up and call them back it works perfectly I've got it down to WiFi calling as it doesn't do it if I turn off wifi, but where i live I don't get signal so WiFi calling is a must, any1 got a fix for this?

Try restarting phone
Also try rebooting your router

You could also try a diagnostic test
Click on the get help button
At the bottom of the samsung members page
Run a test on mic and speaker
