No Alarm sound

Hi 

I dont get any sound or vibration on my S20 5E on alarms. All volume settings are correct (not off). In Timer sound I get the message 'Could not play the sound during a conversation', but no conversation is active. 

Software versions:

One UI-version: 3.0

Android version: 11

Watch/Timer version: 12.0.00.51

Hi,
Please have a look at ur alarm settings. If you click on the 3 dots on the right hand side and click on sound and at the bottom you should come across volume and see if its up or down.

The volume here is at 100%. This is not the problem. The problem is (as I think) that the Ur(watch) thinks that a conversation is ongoing.

maybe you can do factory rest or you can restart ur phone.

Did you ever get this fixed? It's just started for me and I've disabled Chrome and took off vibrating calls and neither of those worked. I've been late for work twice now. 🙃
