New chat features pops up 9 times an hour

I installed the latest software update (G986BXXU9DUH2) on my Galaxy S20+ 5G (SM-G986B) and ever since a popup (Faster, richer, higher-quality chat on Wi-Fi or data) appears 9 times an hour in front of anything I'm doing... It does not matter if I reject or accept it, what to do?

Does anyone from Samsung monitor this board? This is an ongoing issue for multiple people!

In messaging, tap 3 dots, settings, chat settings, turn off "chat feature" and choose text and multimedia (not automatic) in "default message type"...it helped me....it was sooooooo annoying...i didn try changing the dafault message type alone but i tried turning off the chat feature alone and didnt help....hope it will work for u

Getting the same issue after a phone update:

• About once every 15 minutes.
• I am not pressing 'Agree', nor do I want to agree to it.
• I am constantly pressing 'Use without chat features'.

I don't have Google Messages installed, so it's not related to that.

Tried all of these and all of them do NOT make a difference:

• Messaging app (Samsung phone default) > Ellipses > Chat Settings > 'Default message type' already set to 'Text or multimedia'
• Settings > Apps > Messaging > Change System Settings > Not Allowed
• Disabling all notifications for Messages
• Disabling Messages entirely

I believe this worked!

• Settings
• Apps
• Search for 'messages' (or scroll to it) and press Messages
• Press 'Appear on top' (towards the bottom)
  • Remove the permission to set it to off

Got the same issue. The pop-up has showed up 30 times this evening. Absolutely crazy. Not ACCEPTABLE. Samsung GIVE USERS A WAY TO DECLINE THE OFFER AND GET RID OF IT.
