New ANDROID UPDATE on the ULTRA 20 5G

Hey. 

Maybe someone can help me, and answer some questions about ANDROID's.
I have a big problem with last update, my phone is over heat, the battery is not that good like it was before. I buy that phone one year ago... And the biggest problem that the screen stops to work, i can't touch anything or do anything... When i try to rebooting the phone, on screen i just see word "ERROR" and the logo of android.... What that can mean? and if it's possible to delete the newest UPDATE of android... because of that phone now is broken....

I have issues with the latest update too. My app folders disappear, come back and then disappear again. It's really annoying when I need to open an app and it's not there!

Justinas - I would suggest speaking with Samsung Service about the issues as the 'Error' when rebooting would point to a firmware issue.
You can do a full factory reset on the device from the boot menu which may force some resolution of the issues but you will lose all data on the device unless you have it backed up elsewhere.
