My Samsung Galaxy S 20 Ultra restarting randomly

Now i am very  frustrated.. My Phone rebbots time to time. I need help..soon..

Hi @Taftoe8019  and welcome to this forum

First check if Auto-restart is Disable...make a search in the Finder if you don't know where it is on your device. (On my device, it's in Device Care, you see it by clicking on the 3 little dots on top right corner).

After try this :

Below are the steps to wipe cache partition for S20 series

1. Turn off the device.
2. Press and hold the Volume Up key and the Bixby / Power key.
3. When the Android logo displays, release both keys.
4. Wait for few seconds then the Android Recovery menu options appear.
5. Press the Volume down / up key to navigate between the options & highlight the Wipe cache partition.
6. Press Bixby / Power key to select.
7. Press the Volume down key to highlight Yes, then press the Bixby / Power key to select.
8. When the process is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.
9. Press the Bixby / Power key to restart the device.

When a high-end device like the Galaxy S20 keeps rebooting, it can be a sign of a serious problem, although there were cases wherein the device starts to restart randomly due to firmware-related concerns. If this don't help, please go check all solutions offered on this website : ( too long to copy/paste solutions)
