my s20 keeps turning itself off

Hi, anyone know how/why my phone keeps randomly turning itself off and rebooting? Anyone know how to fix it? I've tried clearing all 3rd party apps, by clearing their cache and uninstalling, still goes off. My phone charges properly and still turns off sometimes when charging, so don't think it's a battery issue. Any help would be appreciated.

I'd do a full backup and then a factory reset on the S20
If after a factory reset the issue is still happening I'd probably look toward logging the issue as a fault with Samsung.

Just wondering if you're factory reset worked?  I have the same issue but on the note 20 ultra.

Hi guys I just wanted to mention that something similar happened to my S21. And in my case, it was related to the way I charged my phone. So, I had this very long zoom meeting and my phone was dying so I plugged my phone to a USB port extender plugged to my laptop. My phone was charging super slow probably for an hour or two. After that the random shutting down started nonstop. I restarted, clean the phone app cache, nothing worked.  I found the solution: Just properly charge your phone! So I just turned my phone off and plugged to my Anker fast charger  and let it plugged until it hit the 85% (I have that option on to extend the battery life) And this fixed the problem .
