my S20 FE is stuck on Russian csc even though I bought it in London England

How to change csc every time I  reset my phone it comes up with Russian language I'm in UK also my Samsung daily shows American news I'm in London England how do I fix this

I'm having same kind of issues plus if I put my sim card in the normal slot it doesn't get a data signal but if I use sim slot 2 I get my 5g data signal so this means I can't use a SD card Samsung this is OK but its not so going to return..hope you get a fix have you tried wiping cash partition this can help..

Could you post your CSC code.

 

To locate your device's CSC, (Consumer Software Customization), code, go to...

 

Settings > About phone > Software information > Service provider software version (see screenshot)

Yes, sure enough, that is the CSC code for the unbranded Russian firmware which explains why it is coming up with Russian language on initial set up. It also means that you will receive the Russian firmware releases. This type of phone is known as a, "Grey Market", handset inasmuch as it is not intended by Samsung for sale in the U.K. My advice would be to return it and ask for an unbranded, BTU, U.K. model.
