My keeps saying uts overheating even when I'm using inly one app

Just recently my phone is always overheating and it closes the app I am using

What app are you referring to?

Once it says the phone is overheating it begins to shut down any app I open

Does this error message pop up randomly or does it occur when using a specific app, or even charging your phone?

It can come up whilst charging my or browsing or even reading my messages

Can you start your phone in Safe Mode, and monitor your phone to see if the same issue occurs? This will temporarily disable most third-party apps and allow your phone to run on its basic interface. You can do this by holding the Power off button > Hold the Power off icon > Tap Safe Mode. 

If your phone runs smoothly without any error messages whilst in Safe Mode, this indicates the issue is caused by a third-party app. To rectify this issue, please restart your phone then proceed to delete the third-party apps one by one until you find the culprit.
