I keep getting emails on this phone to say that they cannot link my Microsoft account with my phone. I never have used OneDrive on My computer. How do I stop Samsung cloud asking me questions. I like to keep my phone and computer  completely separate. I've clicked the cancel button now about 4 times yet they are still coming.

Since you do not use OneDrive, you could go to...

Settings > Apps > OneDrive > Disable

Thanks. Are you saying do this on your phone, or on computer? The messages come from Samsung Cloud and the setting that you suggest does not exist on my phone

If you wish to stop using Samsung Cloud, go to...

Settings > Apps Samsung Cloud > Permissions > long press each permission and Deny it.... once you have done that, come back to Samsung Cloud in Apps and select Storage and Clear cache and Clear data.

no problem with Samsung Cloud. It's just this push to connect my phone to one drive which is Microsoft and not Android.
if I wanted my phone connected to Microsoft I would have bought my phone from them.
The least number of accounts that I have the safer I feel. Having had my private info spread all overview the web on at least 3 occasions in the past, the smallest number of accounts that I have reduces the risks.

All of my permissions are grayed out and will not allow me to change them.  Do you know how to remedy this?
