My samsung galaxy s20 5g is experiencing microphone issues straight from the box, brand new,the microphone will work when right up against the mouth but when using voice messaging,video recording or voice recording when the the camera isn't right up against the source of audio it will not pick up any sounds at all,I have factory reset it and I have also removed permissions from some apps to stop outside interference but still the issue continues.any help would be greatly appreciated as this appears to be a known issue from tech forums
