love these phones but beware of the deals / promotions.

I purchased this a a while a go now bit still really annoyed.

Was supoose to get a free pair of top line wireless galaxy buds with the contract. 

Basically I Spoke to o2 my contract provider (and these are ones who advertised me this as my previous 24 moth contract for my s9+ was at an end (this also had a promotion free galaxy tab and it came no problem after waiting the month as advised)

So even tho I have a perfectly works s9 plus paid for over 24 months and in good condition. I thought I'd love a pair of those buds for work and its only 10 pound more a month than a sim only with loads more data. Seemed like a no brainer- a free pair of these buds I want plus I'll get a brand new phone and the phones are really good.

Long story short I was told I'd have to register as a member on samsung members after 30 days of purchase but as the promotion was ending that Week.

I asked on the phone to o2 who said they had no control over the promotion so best speak to samsung and I called them.

I was advised to wait the month itl be OK as the promotion was advertised on o2 and you bought within the time frame!
 So if you wait 1 month then the member benefit option will be available for to register for your free galaxy buds.

I thought great so 1 month later samsung customer service was right the benifit section is accessible, although nowt t says I'm to late to register!.

But it's OK I think very!. Ivve called and I've emailed and they said wait the month.

The first customer service agent from samsung told shed hang up the phone one 10 mins I as I was been aggressive I quickly assured her politely I think it's my accent and I'm very polite I didnt say to her but she was extremely rude maybe even just wanting me of call as I am correct but they seed.to have no way to fix. 

Regardless after multiple calls to both party's ive been told tough luck. The last few samsung guys tried their best as in spike to a manager. 

Just warning to people thinking of buying you won't get.your buds.. This was my 3rd 24 month contract with samsung & popball will be the last. 

Is there anything I can do to maybe still get these as it was advertised and the sole purpose of purchasing. Any help be appreciated guys

I was actually taking this seriously until you mentioned racist, please the racist card has been used way to much this year.

Best it was a couldn't understand hers ether but I didn't end the call cz of it.

your missing the poi.t and not been helpfull whatsoever I even edited it to bigoted for you. your just a troll talking about his daddy. my uncles Iran anol wtf does that matter!.

on a actual series note you can get your free buds by sending the proof of purchase to samsung.

I tried but the just say as the promotion form wasn't filled in

bear in mind that it wouldnt let me d till I had the phone for a month or so. do on the date the told me I went o and didn't allow.

like I explained. I also spoke to 3 other really helps samsug promotion people but they really just niclet told me contact o2

it's galaxy's promotion tho so the literally dint have them to send. but really didn't see a problem.

I shouldn't have mention the very cheeky call on the advisers part. I did Peak to afew lovley people buy the said no

I've sent emails back and forth. I've been they Co only deal with the watch promotions now for other devices.

plan is is just emailing and asking on these forms.. she was really putting me down tho it's really stuck in my head
