Lost Samsung Notes

Please help. My S20 did an automatic update on my phone and my Samsung Notes disappeared overnight 😔. I would really like to get them back. I have tried restoring them with no luck. Any suggestions please?

I've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling with no luck. Thank you for replying though 🙂

Samsung Notes support are 💯 USELESS!
The fingerprint lock dies not work. So a security fail.
Asked them many times. They make excuse or give me impression they are rather thick.

Is your Samsung Account working OK? Find the accounts section in settings and make sure you can get into it (Samsung Account)
