Lockscreen notifications broken

Hello so my notifications aren't showing properly it covers the time and when in the small version it goes down the bottom right hidden. When media is being played or in a call it is completely hidden. Been like this for ages now (atleast last 3 updates).

Quick question, you don't have Lockstar through the GoodLock app downloaded do you? I know you can change the positioning of notifications on the lock screen through this app, and it often covered the time on mine until I worked out what I was doing.
