there isn't an actual LED on the s20 series, if you go into settings and search for Edge lightning it will get you to the new notification system, but the Edge lighting doesn't last very long, so there are apps on the play store that use the front camera as a notification system as well, some are better than others and also keep the notification on until you have responded to it
