Latest Android update removes wifi calling support on BT Mobile network

Wifi calling options have "Disappeared"  on 3 S21's in my household.

2 Apple 11's still have options and wifi calling is working.

Samsung say "it's the network provider"

The network provider have said Samsung have made a software update that makes WiFi calling incompatible with their network and until they release an update, wi-fi calling between BT Mobile and Samsung devices is no longer supported.

Anyone else in the UK on BT experienced this?

The customer (me) is stuck in the middle with both sides blaming each other.

Not a great customer experience....

Change the sims into cartridge 2, this permanently solve my issue

Just checked and weirdly, my S21 only has a single SIM tray, not dual SIM so can't try that out unfortunately.

Apologies, after enquiries with my partner I am now aware I have a Samsung S20 and not a S21 lol, sincerely sorry lol

Is there nothing in your swipe down menu?
Also, not sure if you are aware but there is also a BT WiFi app.
