Attached is a screenshot of my missing words from Alarm Clock confirmation buttons.

What could be causing this ??

just checked , I had the same problem. Samsung already made an update. goto :menu-> settings->about clock and update if your version is not at least 12.1.21.1 (the update even says it was caused by some visual improvement setting)
