Hello I just received a new software update for my Samsung Galaxy S20 I just wondered what was new as all it says is improved camera performance

yep , was thinking its still a bit early for Samsung to roll it out.
hopefully November rather than December.

Hi, Just set up an A21, but incoming calls go straight to voicemail. All help gratefully received

you may have set up call forwarding to voice mail by mistake.
have a look in your call settings,
if not maybe do factory reset.
