Issues since last update

Hi 
Has anyone experienced issues with their data signal/strength since the last update? I know it's not a Samsung issue, but it has only started on my S20 5G since I updated yesterday. My phone seems to be lagging really badly. I've cleared the cache partition etc. 

Any advice?

Try Safe Mode just incase @Geordieboy 

https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/ disables downloaded apps, themes and other launchers to help determine if one or more is causing conflict. 

Also as a process of elimination can you try your sim card in another phone.

Is the issue evident everywhere you go or at home etc ?

A potentially good app to use is from the Playstore called Samsung Band Selection.

Consider clearing the camera's cache file via settings,  apps, camera, storage,  clear cache.
