I just got a S20 Fe yesterday and I'm already having overheating problems I've not got that many apps and I've set up the appropriate battery saving options etc I just don't know what the issue is it's very annoying I've had it just 1 day

The phone is still in it's learning phase and indexing the files and apps you've downloaded, and as it's new you'll be using it more intensively to get to know the functions and features @mcfckippax 

All this will lead to heat build up.

The phone is only really overheating if you see a warning pop up message on tbe phone saying it is.

If your using a case then consider removing it.

Also look at > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to hook up to a Computer or insert your earphones to enter into recovery mode.
