I tried to play genshin impact the day after I got my new phone and found it super laggy. So I called customer service that day and they booked me a dpd to send it back for replacement. Dpd collected my pacle on the 14th January. It's now the 19th and I still don't know if it was delivered to samsung or not. Plus, it will take 3-5 days for samsung to send it back to me once they receive the phone. If I still have problems with the phone I received, the 28 days for an unconditional return will be urgent.
Is it really normal to take so long to send back to Samsung? I asked dpd to check why my package was not updated by the 15th in the warehouse. dpd said I don't have a delivery address so I can't check it.
