how do I claim my free watch after purchasing a contract ?

I've purchased a contract with three and theres a offer for a free watch how do I claim it? Do I have to wait untill my new phone arrives?

Congrats on the new phone!!

In terms of claiming your free watch, once your new phone arrives and you've got it set up, you should be able to claim your watch in the Samsung Members app (under Benefits).

I just want to know will I still be eligible for the watch because my phone is being delivered on the 22nd and the promotion is only untill the 14th ?

@sanks @Vlado8282 You are both eligible for the free watch, because you purchased the handset before the end of the promotion.


From Samsung's website - "Claims must be made via the Members app pre-installed on the device (individuals) or at https://www.samsung.com/uk/watch-active-offer (company) between 26/12/2020 – 11/02/2021."

 

So you should be okay to make your claim for your watch once your handset arrives. If not, contact Samsung's support.

hi I am also eligible for the watch and my phone will not arrive for another 4-6 weeks.
I have been on to samsung member and gone into benefits, but there is no option to claim?
can you assist?

Hey Griff24!

You need to go into Samsung Members on your new handset once it arrives. Seeing as you've already ordered your handset, but it won't be here in time, I'd reach out to Samsung's Customer Service team and see if they can help. As long as you have a proof of purchase, you should be okay.

Has anyone got it working yet? I've tried for the last 3 hours and can't get it to appear. Tried deleting and reinstalling the app too. Updated device to newest firmware. Only got it today. Can someone please share the link so I can just fill out the form instead?
