Krypton is in no way harmful in any chemical means. Also I'm doubtful of the existence of Krypton in a phone (or 5G, specifically) as it is usually found in fluorescent lights. The radiation you're talking about is the millimeter waves. Since your phone will do 4G even thought it can do 5G, it will have the same radiation frequencies of normal 4G networks. There is a legal limit to the radiation a phone can produce.
