Hotspot Tethering Broken

For no logical reason my phone crashes when I try to turn on my hotspot tethering.
I've relied on using my phone as a mobile hotspot for my other devices since I have had the ability to do so, and this phone hasn't been an exception to that.
However, for some reason when I try to turn on the hotspot the settings app crashes and closes completely throwing me out.
I have tried restarting my device.
It was working fine a few weeks ago.
The only thing that's changed since then is the latest OS update Samsung pushed out a few days ago.
I want to avoid resetting my device as much as possible, and really doing so doesn't actually find the cause of the issue itself.
But mainly as I don't really have access to any reliable backup options.

I would recommend clearing system cache and running App Booster in the Good Guardians app

I'll give what you suggest a look.
Thanks.

silly question have you tried to use activity launcher ? that may work as it bypasses the rest and goes directly to the tether setting.

I've run both the App Booster and Memory Guardian from the Good Guardians app, but that hasn't fixed the issue.
I can't fins any accessible methods of clearing the devices cache, and none of the guides on how to start the phone in recovery mode are working.
For the record my phone is the S20 FE 5G model.
I don't know what the Activity Launcher is.
Using the search doesn't show any such app or option on my device.

I forgot to mention I did a full restart after using the Good Guardians, as it seemed appropriate for clearing any files held in memory.
