My home screen has apps frozen on it. I can even drop others apps on top of the frozen ones. It's almost as though my home screen has been duplicated.

Try wiping the cache partition on the S20 and that should resolve the issue 😊.

The method to achieve this varies from device to device, so just search how to wipe cache partition on S20. It will involve you entering the recovery mode on your phone by holding a combination of buttons, when the phone has powered off 😉. Good luck 😃!
