Hi @Diamonds, hope you're having a great day. Depending on which account you're using, you'll need to visit the email account provider's website to reset the password on the account. If you're having issues with changing the email address on your Samsung Account, this won't be amendable as the email address on the account is the ID of the account. You can delete the Samsung Account permanently and create a new Samsung Account again.
