Hi I got s20 I can not transfer from phone memory to memory card

Hey Danny, try going to settings, then apps, click on the application you want to move and select storage.. should have a option to move to sd card

if I want to transfer movies from the phone's memory to a memorry card, it shows me that it transfers, but if I want to open it, it does not open for me as if nothing was there
