Hey, does anyone know the best picture settings to use a tripod light ring with?

Hi, can anyone help me with the above? I'm struggling to get good pictures with my tripod and light ring for my business insta page.

If I put on selfie mode it's clear but if want to take a length picture it's not very clear.

if it's In a normal photo mode you can try using the pro settings but for selfie settings maybe try using aspect ratio 9:16
