I got a new Samsung today from my supplier Tesco mobile,transferred data via smart switch from my old Huawei bit I cannot make or receive calls or text messages, emergency calls only ,please help

If its locked to tesco u will need to get a tesco sim card. If u do have one already u will have to put it in the new fone.

As you purchased this from Tesco directly, it will be locked to the Tesco network. If you contact Tesco they'll send a free SIM card out to you.
