help: claiming free galaxy buds+

I bought the Samsung galaxy S20 5G a month ago. At the time there was an offer: buy the phone, get free galaxy buds+. The phone arrived with a flyer saying that I can claim the buds 30-60days after having the phone by opening the samsung members app.  Its been 30 days and I can't find anyway of redeeming this. Does anyone know where I'm going wrong?

you can try to email them directly make sure you have your receipt. or contact them on social media

I ordered mine at the same time I ordered the phone. They had to go into your basket at same time, buds marked foc, both arrived yesterday no problem.
