I purchased a Samsung galaxy 20 Fe 2 weeks ago I need headphones as I support and teach children both in school and at home I have to access Microsoft Teams. I purchased a set of USB C headphones and they will not output sound. I then bought an adapter to use my Samsung s9 headphones and had the same issue. It is absolutely essential I have a working headphones/microphone set up otherwise I cannot teach my class. I contacted customer support and was basically told that only Samsung headphones would work. This has never been the case and it is the sort of thing that I would expect Apple to pull not Samsung. Looking at forums this seems to have happened with a few people and according to Car Phone Warehouse it is potentially a software update issue. Can anyone shed light onto this issue?
