Has your S20 Ultra camera glass cracked?

It looks like S20U's issues continue to pile on. Now with reports that the xamera glass is shattering for no reason..

Need to return this , cancel this contract which is an upgrade then make a new contract with a new phone which I will do.

They said they bring OnePlus 8 but they don't have now.
Nothing about restocking or it's not here yet.

To be honest EE is not unwilling to help, they've been more than helpful with all this.

Ok thats good to hear that they are willing to help, i will probably then wait till they have the one plus 8 pro then give them a call.

 

Did you just list the issues it having? Also do you happen to have the name of the person you spoke to would be good to give as a reference.

Well I said it's overheating, lagging and really poor battery performance.
I had to do it within the 30 day period since the day of purchase.
Unfortunately I don't remember the name because I've spoke with many from EE over the phone

Ah jeeez well im outside my 30 day period. Then i have no chance tbh.

You might want to research if there's any other route you could follow to resolve this
Obviously it's not just a single case

user abuse; called samsung and many are causing it to get or attempt free repairs. samsun will NOTwarranty repair them.

Mine has cracked, here in Sweden, and Samsung refuses to fix it.
I currently involving Comsumer Right Group, here in Sweden to "battle" Samsung.
