My phone suddenly got 2 green lines on my screen after updated but samsung refused to fix. It hurt customer, need samsung answer ????????????
Can you elaborate as to why Samsung has refused you support or are they offering support with a fee attached ?
If your phone does not show any signs of accidental damage and your water sensors show no water ingress then they must be refusing support for a reason.
