Green line on my S20+ screen but samsung not support to fix

My phone suddenly got 2 green lines  on my screen after updated but samsung refused to fix. It hurt customer, need samsung answer ????????????

Can you elaborate as to why Samsung has refused you support or are they offering support with a fee attached ?

If your phone does not show any signs of accidental damage and your water sensors show no water ingress then they must be refusing support for a reason.

Usually, the green light on the phone means that the camera is active.
They are watching you😁
