Google wifi provisioner update breaking wifi connection

So after the Google wifi provisioner app updated via the playstore my galaxy S20fe would not load any webpagea or if it did it took ages to load them and using apps was nearly impossible. I troubleshooted as im quite tech savvy and tracked the problem down to this newly updated Google wifi provisioner app so i uninstalled the app updates by going to settings>apps>Google wifi provisioner>3dots top right corner>uninstall updates. This fixed my wifi connection and speed instantly

I have a S22Ultra and have updated this system app but have seen no issues at all.

It maybe affect phones differently but nothing so far for me

My partner has an S21ultra and his phone was fine too. I think the update doesn't play too nice with the S20fe

It's all good on my A53 5G too, after the update.
