I recently purchased a Samsung S20 and cannot access my Google account or open a number of Google apps (Google, Maps, Chrome, Drive).
Also unable to open Samsung Pay - trying to open with my Samsung account or with Samsung Pass and nothing happens. Very frustrating.
There are a number of other irritating things - I use a local bus app and on all my other phones when I open the app it finds my location and I can see buses/times. On this phone nothing just the map of UK without (and yes Location is turned on).
My worst, most frustrating Galaxy phone.
Can someone please help!
