So I bought a new phone on facebook marketplace and when there is something white near the bottom of the screen these 3 weird icons come up but don't do anything does anyone know how to remove them? Thanks! Also it's an s20 plus

Those are options on your call screen where you can choose from the keypad which it is on, then recent callers (the middle tab) and your contacts on the right to be able to call someone from there... its normal and fine. I have it on my S20 Ultra too...

Its the calling options on the call screen where you can choose to call directly from the keypad of from recent callers list or from contacts... its perfectly normal. @-Robot- has sent a screenshot above.

Are they certain feint and circular? Then if that's the ones I can see I have no idea... sorry that's not on my s20 ultra!
