Since doing last update I'm unable to call 0845 phone numbers which is a pain as I now can't call my works and I'm missing out on thousands of pounds work. Any suggestion how to solve this problem much appreciated

I wouldn't have thought a phone software update would cause this @BUZBYBABE 

I would suggest to have a word with your mobile networks customer services too to ask them about the issues with calling specific area codes.

@BUZBYBABE: 0845 numbers are chargeable, depending on your network, so it may be the case that you have a cap on additional charges to your plan, which you have reached, and this is why you're unable to make the calls. As per the advice offered by @BandOfBrothers please reach out to your network, as they will be able to clarify this for you.
