Hello , so me and my parter both got the s20 5g back in june and have now had 3 screen replacements between us and both now have cracked screens again ! Surely This now recognised as a common fault as i have found many others have reported the same issues . We have both had samsungs for years now and between us have never cracked the screen on a single device , including the s7, s8 ,and s9 just to name the last few we have had . The screens on these new devices must be made of a much thinner or cheaper glass , mine smashed as i picked it up with my car key ! its just not good enough when you take in to account the price of the phone and the £249 fee for every screen replacement so far costing us £750 . I am not impressed with this phone at all and i never thought i would think about leaving samsung, after 16 years of having literally no issues, but this is just rediculous now
