I just feel the specs on the fe seem better than the standard note 20 I am tempted to change

After avoiding Samsung for 2.5 years because of the garbage Exynos only option, I will try this one. Already preordered. Kudos!

No way. S20FE comes with miles better battery, chipset and camera because it comes with SD865 and not Exynos.

I have avoided Samsung for more than 2 years, because of their Exynos only option in Europe. I have preordered this one in the 5G variant because it comes with SD and all the goodies of S20. Yes, it has only 6gbs of ram, but I think it will be enough since I won't do multitasking that much to need more RAM.

as an expert, u should know that s20fe have option of exynos and snapdragon, snapdragon version is bit more expensive and wont be available for all markets!!!!!!! have a nice day

Had my S20 FE 5G preorder delivered today and out the box the e-sim functionality isn't working. Customer service at Samsung is awful. First guy I spoke to was reading out of a set script and didn't have a clue then gave me a "solution" which he clearly Googled.

 

Gave tech support a call and she also didn't have a clue and blamed the mobile operator for the lack of ability of the FE to scan the QR code - bunch of clueless people that work in Samsung support.

 

I know the Fold 2 had the same problem but a software fix was rolled out recently that enabled e-sim support however I need dual SIM functionality now and can't wait for Samsung to roll it out. Chances are that they may never do so and I'm out of time on the returns window.

 

I have never dealt with such a bunch of inept people who work in customer service. Samsung should know better.
