Sorry to hear that, @stoosh. Can you confirm if you have tried heading to Settings > Connections > SIM Card manager > Add Mobile Plan, and followed the on screen instructions? Have you tried reaching out to your network to enquire about obtaining an activation code for use during the eSIM setup?

There is no add mobile plan in the SIM card manager option. I don't see why I should contact my network provider to obtain an activation code when I can't even scan the QR code.
The phone should have the ability to scan e-sim QR codes out of the box. Yet again it's something that Samsung have dropped the ball on and many other Fold 2 users had the same problem until Samsung rolled out a software update to enable e-sim use.
My point is that the phone doesn't know whether I'm using a physical sim or e-sim and the option should be there to enable e-sim use. There is no point of speaking to my network provider as they stated that all I have to do is scan the QR code which I cannot do!
The phone is going back...

I have one S20 FE, but I am not lucky, not stock Android, lots of unusable apps and cant disable them... I have big problems with calls and sms/mms, phone looking normal, but nobody cant call me or send me sms/mms... firmware is new, I tested another SIM card, but same problems... battery is 4500 mAh, but it is like joke, i am using phone normally, without playing games and one day is mystery... dont buy it...

Bought my missus one absolutely disgusted that the natural point to shoot camera takes a better photo than my S20ultra

I must honestly say that I'm impressed for the phone at the pricepoint. I will skip it myself considering I already got an S20 Ultra (Where I'm extremely satisfied with) but the S20 FE is a great affordable alternative with the Snapdragon SoC (Which makes it the Galaxy phone with the quickest GPU/CPU in Europe). Not that the Exynos version isn't good but this is definitely better in that area

As long as you don't want earphones they are no longer included as standard, Samsung want you to buy the ear pods.

It still does not come with standard earphones Samsung want you to purchase their ear pods, totally not expectable no matter your age, they have taken away the ability for you to listen to your phone/music in private.
