Currently the top speaker on my phone is not working at all. When talking on the phone I can not hear anything unless I put it on speaker. And listening to music it is also not working. Any ideas on how to fix this?
The first thing to do is to run some tests @Marcusg8379
There are some in your Samsung Members App or by launching your phone app and dialing *#0*# and see what happens when you choose the speaker.
Ensure no build up of debris I in the ports.
If the phone hasn't been dropped or had water ingress then a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre when or if they are open due to the pandemic can take a look under the manufacturer warranty for free.
