Galaxy S20 SeriesMy phone goes through random phases of crashing and restarting itself. Have contacted Samsung twice about this. First time had to reset the cache which worked for a bit. 2nd time had to do a full factory reset which again worked for about 6 weeks but now its doing it again. Must have crashed and reset itself about 8 or 9 times today. Any help would be appreciated. Also if anyone knows about contracts, does this entitle me to change my phone as im paying a lot of money in a 3 year contract (9 months into it) for something that is complete s***. Thanks

As the issue was resolved previously with a reset, please can you try a Soft Reset by pressing the Volume Down and Side Keys together for around 10 seconds until the phone restarts, as this will refresh the software and address any issues that might be a contributing factor. If the issue persists, restart the device in Safe Mode and monitor the performance for a few hours, or longer depending on how frequently you experience the issue. This will disable all third party apps, and help to determine if the problem is stemming from an external source. To proceed, press and hold the Power button until the 'Power off' prompt appears on the screen then release > Touch and hold Power off until the 'Safe mode' prompt appears then release > To confirm, tap Safe mode > With Safe Mode enabled, ensure Airplane Mode is turned off.
If you notice an improvement, restart the phone as you would normally and remove any recently installed third party apps. Let me know how you get on.

Galaxy S20 Serieshi im just wondering if you found a solution to this as i am also experiencing a similar issue and have reset my phone multiple times
