Hi did anyone get there free watch, I didn't, once I'd asked what was happening with the watch, I was informed that I had been sent voucher,  which I never received,  and now I am out of time even though they are still advertising S20 with free watch!! I think it's disgusting 😕

you don't get a voucher they send you the watch, once it is sent you will get a email with a tracking number, it takes up to 45 days from being validated to getting the watch, also the promotion for purchasing a qualifying phone has finished but you can still claim the watch

I was sent the email confirming purchase and was told it was being processed , when I got in touch to see what was happening thats when they informed me that the voucher had been sent and the offer had finished

I purchased my phone at beginning November

Then, as per the terms of the Free Watch Offer clearly state, you are not eligible then as it only applies to purchases from the 26th December 2020 to 12th January 2021.

no why would I be moaning about a watch I wasn't eligible for numb nuts!! I got my phone through EE contract , when I ordered my phone the offer was free watch ⌚
