Hi I've just bought the galaxy s20 ultra direct from Samsung, received it yesterday. Do I get a free gift like the watch or ear buds? I can't see nothing in the members app. I've seen so many saying about their free gift but I see nothing to claim. Can anyone help.

@jindal: If you purchased your Galaxy S23 Ultra between the 17.03.2023 - 28.03.2023 from samsung.com, then you Buds will be sent out to you within 30 days of the purchase date, without the need to submit a claim for them. I hope this helps.
