Hi, just bought phone from sky and registered wigh samsung. Any advice on how to claim promised free gift please?... supposed to be fit bit or xbox pass..cannot find claim form or voucher code...thanks in advance

I think I found the offer. In the fine print it says this:

You'll receive a website link and e-voucher code to redeem your gift.

My advice is just to wait until that happens.

Edit: According to Samsung, you have to go on the benefits section of the Galaxy Members app. Not sure if its the same for Sky though.
