How long does it take to get the xbox controller and game pass after receiving the invoice by email. It stats 45 days. I'm in Ireland. Does it take this long. I'm 18 days in now and it still shows processing on the Samsung website. Thanks for any help.

from what I have seen from me claiming my free fitbit its all been confirmed looks like 45days to get the evoucher to my email than 45days after using the voucher to claim it then 45days for delivery and given there is no headphones with this phone think headphones would have been a better option

You could try and get in touch with someone from Samsung. I know i did when I've purchased something from their shop.

from what it looks like its 90 days 45 to get the voucher then when you use the voucher 45 days for delivery when I was getting the phone from ee they made it sound like was 1 or 2 weeks its the headphones not being in the box that blown me away it 2020 and no headphones what a joke
