When I went into the Samsung Members app on the new phone, there was an offer there for me to claim it. I found it very straight forward and had confirmation of my claim being validated on the Tuesday after processing it on the Friday. I'm awaiting for it to be dispatched at the moment but it's only been 2 weeks and the lead time is more like 6 weeks.
