Free Earbuds on Vodafone!

I bought my new S20+ on the promise of free earbuds. Now been well over a month and still nothing from Vodafone and nothing from Samsung. No links on the members app, nothing at all! Why is this impossible from Samsung? I moved from the Google pixel and in all honesty Google were way easier to deal with that Samsung so far. Please someone help!

yeah I was sent a leaflet and everything says I should be able to claim with the members app but there's no way to do that

on the leaflet there's a section for business customers it gives a web address http://20202.samsungpromotions.claims/o2summer

you can select personal when you go through the process don't know why it says you can do it in the members app when you clearly can't.
