free ear buds on o2

Just upgraded to the s20 on o2 and had a leaflet with the phone saying that you can claim free ear buds on purchases between 2.7.20 - 5.8.20 so entered my details and it says purchase date 16.7.20 doesn't fall into the promotion dates. Can anyone provide a link to claim them please?

I've had this same problem. I was told I need ti wait 30days after purchase so just gotta wait and see.
