I've just got a new Samsung galaxy S20 ultra knly I have k ow idea on how to get my buds, I've tried the email address but its not letting me fill it in.

Can anyone help please.

I was very impressed to find that my buds arrived with my phone. No need of the hassle of figuring out the claim process.

I too am having this issue, however, when I follow this link and sign in, the option to claim the galaxy buds+ after purchasing a Galaxy S20 isn't there
