free Airbuds from O2 offer

Anyone else waiting for their free air buds from the O2 offer. I got my validation on 13th August but no news on when they will be sent.

Am I alone or are others waiting

You are not alone I upgraded in July and was constantly waiting for the claims form to appear or the members page to activate only to be told I was a day late and unable to submit my claim. I have been waiting for a response to my email I sent last week which has yet to be replied to from Samsung customer services. poor at best

exactly the same situation. this has turned into an ongoing dispute with O2 which they have now told me is at Samsung's discretion.

Hugely disappointed as I anticipated this being a problem. Feeling completely let down by O2. Good luck with your claim.

same with me I've been back & forward with both Samsung & 02 and nobody wants to know false advertising

Same for me. Upgraded in July and have emailed for instructions on how to validate my claim but heard nothing. Sharp practice and false advertising as far as I'm concerned.

I've had the same issue. No reply after 5 weeks so I contacted Samsung. They emailed me back saying my order was cancelled without any explanation or notification!

Now they say I cannot get any ear buds because the promo has expired, even though I ordered in time. 

After complaining, Samsung has offered me £50 voucher to compensate!!! How ridiculous!

I will never be purchasing Samsung again!
